Meet The Owner

Outpost K9 Boarding, is owned and operated by Michael, a Veteran with years of experience in dog handling.  Through his time training in IPO, Michael has developed the skills needed to handle high-energy and working breeds with confidence. However, he welcomes dogs of all shapes and sizes. Whether your dog is a high-drive athlete or a quiet senior, they will find a safe, structured home here.

For guests who are smaller or more nervous, Michael offers a “Quiet Option” — a calm space in his home office for dogs who do better close by (crate training required). Outpost K9 takes up to 5 dogs at a time, allowing for focused care and a controlled environment. All dogs stay in a professional commercial‑grade indoor/outdoor kennel, with an indoor area for sleeping and eating and their own 4×5 roofed outdoor run. Dogs are let out individually or in pairs to stretch and potty throughout the day in a secure 16×20 fenced area.
